These Child Safety Standards apply to the Circliva application published on Google Play and the App Store as "Circliva", to the Circliva website, and to every related service. They form part of the Circliva Terms of Use and Community Rules and apply to every user, every piece of content, and every account.
1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Circliva strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children. A child is any person under 18 years of age. This prohibition applies to posts, Reels, Stories, live video, comments, direct messages, profile photos, biographies, marketplace listings, and every other feature of Circliva.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
No user may create, publish, share, request, store, promote, link to, or attempt to access any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including photographs, videos, drawings, AI-generated imagery, or text.
- Any content that sexualises a minor or depicts a minor in a sexual context, including nudity, sexual suggestion, or inappropriate "modelling".
- Grooming: contacting a minor to build trust for a sexual or exploitative purpose, or attempting to move a conversation to another platform for that purpose.
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
- Child trafficking, advertising minors, soliciting sexual services involving a minor, or facilitating access to minors.
- Content that glorifies, supports, provides instructions for, or normalises child sexual abuse.
- Using accounts, messaging, live video, or any other feature to harm or endanger a child in any way.
3. Minimum age
Circliva is not directed to children under 13. Every user must be at least 13 years old and must meet the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Accounts belonging to under-age children are removed when discovered, and anyone can report an account they believe belongs to an under-age child.
4. How we enforce these standards
Circliva uses a combination of automated signals and human review to detect child-safety violations. When content or behaviour that violates these standards is detected or reasonably suspected, we:
- Remove the violating content immediately and limit its distribution.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account, without prior notice where necessary.
- Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with the law.
- Report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law-enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies relating to child safety.
5. Reporting inside the app
Any user can report a post, Reel, Story, live stream, message, or account directly from the Circliva app using the "Report" option in the content or profile menu. Child-safety reports receive the highest review priority and may be acted on immediately. You can also block any account to stop it from contacting you.
6. Designated child-safety contact
The Circliva Trust & Safety team is responsible for all child-safety matters, including reports of child sexual abuse material, law-enforcement requests, and app-store enquiries. The designated point of contact can be reached directly at:
Circliva Trust & Safety
childsafety@lumaqode.com
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reports can also be made to NCMEC through the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or to the child-safety hotline in your country.
7. Compliance with law and store policies
Circliva complies with applicable child-safety laws, including laws on child sexual abuse material and mandatory reporting, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the equivalent App Store policies. We review these standards regularly and update them when the law or the service changes. The version published on this page is the version in force.
